Full-time | Monday-Friday (some Saturdays optional) About the Role Northwest Tire Worx Point S is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Tire Technician who can handle both in-shop and commercial tire work . This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who already knows the trade and can work independently when needed. What You'll Be Doing Mounting, balancing, and repairing passenger, light truck, and LT tires Commercial tire installation, roadside service calls, and on-site tire repairs Performing tire rotations and TPMS service Safely operating service trucks and shop equipment Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintaining a clean, safe work area Providing professional service to retail and fleet customers What We're Looking For Previous tire shop experience required Commercial tire experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently on service calls Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety Comfortable lifting heavy tires and working in all weather conditions Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required) Alignment experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, year-round work Modern shop and service trucks Growing commercial and fleet customer base Opportunities for advancement within the Point S network Professional, respectful work environment Why Work Here We value technicians who take pride in their work, show up on time, and understand the importance of customer relationships—especially on commercial service calls where professionalism matters.
