Job Description

BEST ONE TIRE&SERVICE
is seeking a Commercial Tire Road Service Technician to perform on-site tire service for commercial fleets, trucks, and industrial vehicles. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing, and balancing commercial tires; performing road calls in all weather conditions; conducting safety inspections; maintaining service trucks and tools; and documenting work performed. You'll interact with customers professionally, follow all safety and DOT guidelines, and support shop operations as needed. We offer hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a team-focused, customer-first environment. Responsibilities Perform on-site commercial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, repair, and replacement Respond to roadside service calls for trucks and commercial vehicles in various conditions Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety compliance Operate and maintain service trucks, tools, and tire-changing/balancing equipment Follow all safety, OSHA, and DOT guidelines and company procedures Document services performed and complete required paperwork or digital records Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding service status Assist in shop duties such as inventory, cleanup, and equipment checks Required Skills Commercial tire mounting and dismounting Tire repair and patching Wheel balancing Roadside service procedures Use of tire service tools and equipment Safety and
