is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to service truck, fleet, and off-road vehicles for our customer-focused tire and automotive network. In this hands-on role, you'll mount, dismount, balance, and repair commercial tires, perform roadside and in-shop service, inspect tread and casings, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with teammates, interact with customers, and receive ongoing training with opportunities to grow into advanced technical, sales, or management roles across multiple locations. Responsibilities Mount, dismount, balance, and repair commercial truck and fleet tires Perform in-shop and roadside tire service using proper tools and safety procedures Inspect tires, wheels, and valves for wear, damage, and proper inflation Document work performed and follow company and DOT safety standards Operate lifts, jacks, and tire equipment safely and maintain a clean work area Communicate with customers and team members to ensure timely, quality service Assist with inventory handling, tire rotation, and casing management Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills and service capabilities Required Skills Commercial tire mounting and dismounting Tire balancing Tire repair and patching Heavy truck and trailer wheel installation Use of tire changers and balancers Wheel torque and alignment basics Vehicle lifting and jack operation Safety and OSHA compliance Basic brake and suspension inspection Customer service and communication
