In this vital role, you will be responsible for aligning a wide range of vehicle systems including heavy duty and automotive vehicles to ensure optimal safety, handling, and longevity. Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments on various vehicle types, including standard passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks, ensuring precise specifications are met. Identify issues related to steering, suspension, and wheel alignment systems. Use manual handling techniques and heavy lifting equipment safely during vehicle alignment procedures. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience in automotive/heavy duty repair environments. Experience performing wheel alignments on various vehicle models. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate power tools efficiently. Mechanical knowledge of steering and suspension systems.
