Shop Tire Technician Immediate opening for experienced Tire Technician for commercial tire company located in Shreveport, LA. Day shift with no weekend work. Shop Tire Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 to $18.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 05:00pm) Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate commercial truck tires Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation Perform basic tire repairs and maintenance Assist with general shop labor and daily operations Unloading commercial large tires from trucks Maintain tire inventory and keep work areas organized Follow safety procedures and wear required

PPE Shop Tire Technician Qualifications:

Previous verified tire technician experience is required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in a shop environment with dirt, dust, and changing temperatures Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Steel-toed boots required Stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
