You'll handle day-to-day tire service work while also helping lead the shop — this is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a tire bay and has led a team before, and who wants a clear path to grow into a bigger role as we continue to expand. What You'll Do Mount, balance, patch, and rotate tires; perform flat repairs and tire installations Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper fit Keep the shop running efficiently — organizing workflow, maintaining equipment, and keeping quality high Help train, guide, and support other team members Deliver friendly, honest service that keeps customers coming back Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Management or supervisory experience preferred Hands-on experience changing and servicing tires Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up on time and get it done A team-first attitude and clear communication skills Comfortable on your feet and working in a fast-paced shop environment Why You'll Like It Here Real room to grow — Circle T and SeaCrest Tire Barn is expanding, and we promote from within.
