R & L Service Center Job Description R & L Service Center is looking for a dependable and hardworking Tire & General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will perform basic tire services, vehicle maintenance, and general shop duties while providing friendly and professional service to customers. Responsibilities Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance Check and replace basic automotive components as needed Assist with brake, battery, and other general maintenance services Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Provide courteous service to customers Perform other general shop duties as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive or tire experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance Ability to safely use automotive tools and equipment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift and move tires and equipment Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry tires and equipment Ability to bend, kneel, and work in various positions Ability to work in an automotive shop environment
