Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire-related services, ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical background and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Tire Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks related to tire installation, maintenance, and repair. Part Time or Full Time hours are available.

Our Tire Technicians:

Perform wheel and tire installations, balance wheels, check for correct fit, rotate tires and repair damaged tires in accordance with proper procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automotive maintenance and excellent customer service skills. Coordinate with coworkers to ensure shop area is clean, organized and safe at all times. Follow proper safety and installation measures. Provide proper care, service and maintenance of equipment, tools and merchandise. Perform additional duties as needed. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred Must have knowledge on tire installation and balancing of tires on a variety of vehicles. Perform tire inspections and repairs
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed
• Proficiency with power tools and equipment used in tire servicing.
• Ability to align with company standards and procedures
• Sales skills are beneficial there are many opportunities to pull and sell tires for our customers which will provide advancement opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Pay:

$15-20 an hour. Pay is based on experience and certifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation, incentive and bonuses.
