RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. RSS has been in business for over 32 years and has nearly 400 team members located in 17 states! We are currently looking to expand our team in the Racine, WI area. We are seeking an experienced Tire Technician to help perform repairs and maintenance on semi-trailers . About the
Job:
A successful candidate should be an experienced Tire Technician. Someone who's mechanically inclined, a hard worker, enjoys working outside, enjoys working with their hands, and is looking to learn a trade in a growing field.
What we offer:
Service truck and tools supplied by RSS! Full Time / Year-Round outdoor work . Complete Benefits package including medical, dental, Rx, Life Insurance. Paid holidays. Employer contributing 401K package after 1 year. We promote from within! $20-$23/hour - Starting pay is based on experience and skill level.
Responsibilities:
Conduct tire maintenance including checks, inspections, repairs, mounting/replacement. Clean hubs and wheels of corrosion. Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers. Other mechanical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. Ability to pass a DOT physical. Ability to pass a Drug Screen. Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular and frequent basis.
