Vertical Axis is hiring Tower Technicians! We are looking for Team Members in the states of: Minnesota, Alabama, Texas and Florida Our focus is on the Wireless Internet side of communications, Full turnkey tower construction from civil to stacking, Line and Antenna, Maintenance and Mod Work. No experience? That's OK! Our in-field teams have the knowledge and experience to take on younger individuals who wish to create a lasting career in the Tower and Communications infrastructure industry, we are looking for individuals with a can-do positive attitude who wish to prove their mettle and be rewarded as such. Compensation and Benefits are:

• Pay Scale $20-$40 an hour. Depending on Experience.
• Individual healthcare with HRA with an average Reimbursement equal to 60% to 100% of healthcare covered.
• Per diem is $40 a day.
• Hotels are Paid for by the company (

Foreman Chooses Hotel:

Budget of $150 per room per night)

• All Travel Time is Payed in full scale, we believe time spent away from home traveling is part of the job and you should be compensated as such.

Working Rotations are 3 weeks on 1 week home. This varies however this is the framework we strive to abide to.
