Job Location:

Primarily Los Angeles and Orange County Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a troubleshooting crew focused specifically on Ericsson cell site equipment associated with T-Mobile cell sites. Develop daily schedules reflective of trouble shooting tickets issued, both inside and outside of the service impacting maintenance window (service impacting window 11pm -6am). Work closely with your tower top climbing lead to develop a professional and efficient relationship to be successful. Crew lead will nest sites, block sectors, clear alarms, etc. without carrier assistance. Interact directly with customers on a daily basis, demonstrating leadership and customer service excellence. Required Knowledge Proven experience of technical troubleshooting with a focus on team leadership. Proven experience and knowledge of installation and troubleshooting for Ericsson cell site equipment. Proficient in Anritsu Sweep testing and PIM testing.

Bonus:

Knowledge of DC systems, telecom electrical experience, and civil construction or fiber knowledge preferred. Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 3 years in recent crew lead management. Must have proven experience in trouble shooting Ericsson site-specific equipment (Formal carrier cell site techs encouraged to apply). PIM test certified. Sweep test certified. Valid and clean driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and management. Friendly and positive attitude with team members and customers, promoting a supportive and collaborative work environment.
