Job Description

Objective We are seeking a motivated, safety-conscious, and hands-on Tower Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and upgrade wireless communication systems across the Hawaiian Islands. Duties Troubleshoot antenna and communication line issues, and perform equipment upkeep such as rust removal and painting. Install fiber optic or coax cables, mount antennas and monopoles, and assist with tower erection. Conduct equipment testing and line sweeping under the direction of the field supervisor. Perform climbing and rappelling tasks, provide labor for material transport, and ensure job sites are cleared of debris. Manage material shipping, document project progress through photography for closeouts. Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor on duty. Training and Qualifications We are committed to the professional development of our team members. Pass a background check and drug screening Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Hold a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to climb/rappel towers and rappel off buildings Ability to travel interisland from Monday to Friday on an as-needed basis (travel may be for the day or require overnight stays ranging from 1-4 days; per-diem provided) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to read, comprehend, and execute tasks and instructions Company Paid Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision / Chiropractic & Massage Therapy 401k Life Insurance Bonuses Paid Training Position Full-time Monday - Friday (weekend work may be needed) Starting Pay $26.00
