The Tower Technician will be responsible for assisting the Top Hand/Foreman in various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, antenna and coaxial cable installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. Modifications What Will You Do:

Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks. Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines. Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms. Installation of underground and in building conduits for electrical and back haul circuits. Other duties as required.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing and participate in random testing program Must be local to Idaho Falls, ID or be relocating to that area Excellent physical conditioning Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures Observe all company procedures and safety rules Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction High School Diploma Construction experience is preferred Valid driver's license Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification (Anchor Tec has in-house instructors, you may need to recertify) First Aid & CPR ( Can certify in house)

certification not required but is a bonus Work Environment Be willing to travel up to 60% of the time, 5 day work week, home on the weekends Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy Must be able to meet the physical requirements for
