MAC is looking for an Entry Level Tower Technician to join our Telecom & Infrastructure team. Alongside our established crews, you'll work outdoors, travel to project sites, climb towers, and be part of a team that works hard for our customers and each other. No tower experience is required. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build a career in the industry. If you're dependable, show up ready to work, and want to develop a valuable skillset in a highly specialized trade, we'll provide the training and opportunities to help you grow. What You'll Do Assist with tower construction, maintenance, and modification projects Install and maintain wireless communication equipment Climb communication towers and structures Travel to project sites daily Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently Participate in safety training, equipment inspections, and job hazard assessments What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working at heights or willing to learn Valid driver's license preferred Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work Why MAC?
