Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Tower Technician to join our team. The Tower Technician is responsible surveying, installing, and supporting wireless operations equipment at both customer and tower locations. Prior Wireless Internet experience is not necessary. Responsibilities Install radios, power and ethernet cabling, battery, and grounding systems at customer and other field sites, on buildings, and tower structures at rooftop-height and above. Network Cabling Coordinate work with customers and site contacts by phone, email, and tickets. Promotes job site safety and encourages safe work practices. Provide Excellent Customer Service Requirements Experience in tower climbing (preferred) Ability to operate company vehicles; Ability to lift up to 75lbs Willingness to learn new techniques Prior technology experience is beneficial Proficient with hand tools Attentive to detail GED or High School Diploma is required.
