Full-Time About the Role We are hiring a Lead Tower Climber / Installer to support antenna system installations, tower work, and site build projects across multiple regions in the U.S. This role is ideal for a skilled climber with strong technical abilities, a commitment to safety, and the capability to execute high-quality field work with minimal supervision. The right candidate will have solid climbing experience, knowledge of rigging and tower equipment, and the ability to follow project plans while maintaining exceptional safety and workmanship standards. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Follow all road, onsite, gear, and climbing safety protocols. Maintain compliance with

OSHA, RF

Awareness, and all climbing safety standards. Perform daily safety inspections, gear checks, and hazard assessments. Tower Climbing & Site Build Execution Complete antenna system installations and tower site builds according to specifications. Perform pole installs, cabling, rigging, capstan operations, and hardware mounting. Support miscellaneous tower work such as decommissions, lighting, painting, inspections, and microwave installations. Ensure work meets quality standards and industry best practices. Documentation & Closeout Complete and submit accurate closeout packages, including photos, test results, and site documentation. Track daily tasks, material usage, and completion reports. Tools, Equipment & Technical Knowledge Operate tower climbing gear, rigging equipment, capstan hoists, and all relevant tower tools. Drive company trucks with trailers and ensure safe transport of equipment. Use basic technology for documentation, photos, and communication (training available). Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 3+ years of tower climbing, installation, or wireless construction experience. Strong understanding of tower safety, rigging, climbing techniques, and antenna/cable installation. Preferred Certifications (Can be provided if not already held) Competent Climber & Rescue OSHA 10 CPR/AED/First Aid RF Awareness Technical Capabilities Proficient in climbing, rigging, capstan operation, and general wireless construction tasks. Ability to safely operate trucks with trailers and tower equipment. Basic tech/computer literacy for photos, documentation, and closeout packages. Soft Skills & Culture Fit Strong work ethic, reliability, and a "can-do" attitude. Open to feedback and willing to learn and improve. Calm, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. Professional communicator with strong teamwork skills. Travel & Work Environment Travel required 50%+; primary regions include Eastern U.S. Hotels and all travel expenses paid (company vehicle, gas, food). Shared hotel rooms may be required depending on project. Work may include nights, weekends, or rotating shifts based on project needs. Weekly hours vary widely (0-80+ depending on season and workload). Compensation & Benefits Overtime eligible; if the guarantee isn't met through hours worked, the difference is paid out at year-end. Bonuses possible (project-based; not guaranteed). Company vehicle provided for all travel from the shop. Benefits package TBD by employer (401k, PTO, medical/vision/dental).
