Job Description

We are seeking a Tower Technician to join a maintenance crew supporting sites throughout Wisconsin. This position requires regular travel and flexibility, as we do not currently have a Wisconsin shop location. Initially, candidates may work out of one of our existing locations while performing maintenance work across the region. This is a maintenance-focused role as part of a tiger team responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and general site upkeep. A permanent home base is planned for the Sheboygan or Milwaukee area in the future. What You'll Be Doing Climb and work on towers up to 500' high Rig ropes safely and correctly Conduct work according to carrier and company standards Take job-site photos to document your work Help train and guide less experienced techs Make sure the crew stays safe and the job gets done right Follow all safety and company procedures Communicate clearly and lead by example What We're Looking For At least 6 months of tower climbing experience (required) Basic knowledge of hand tools and how to maintain them Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather Comfortable working at heights up to 500' Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check Okay with frequent travel Monday-Friday What You Can Count On Great pay: $24-$32/hr depending on experience Per diem: $175/night when you're working away from home Travel pay and hotel accommodations provided 401(k) with company match Health insurance with multiple plan options Dental and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage - 100% paid by us
