• What You'll Be Doing Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance zones Communicate clearly with team members and the public Set up and maintain work zones using AWS signs and safety equipment Follow all state and company safety regulations Stay alert and adapt to changing road and traffic conditions
• What We're Looking For You show up on time and ready to go You can stand for long periods and don't melt in the rain You've got a valid driver's license and your own working vehicle You're a team player with a sense of humor and a serious respect for safety
