We are looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team. We offer paid on the job training, flagger certification assistance, and long-term career growth opportunities. Job Summary & Responsibilities As a Traffic Control Flagger, you play a critical role in setting up safety zones and maintaining safe, steady traffic flow around active work areas.

Traffic Direction:

Safely direct traffic using stop/slow paddles, flags, and clear hand signals.

Site Setup & Breakdown:

Transport, set up, and dismantle signs, traffic cones, and safety equipment.

Specialized Equipment:

Complete our automated flagger device training program to operate advanced traffic equipment.

Safety & Coordination:

Adhere strictly to company safety policies and follow directives from Site Managers, Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS), and Contractors.

Physical Demands:

Lift, maneuver, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Requirements & Qualifications Driver's License & Transport:

Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle/method to get to and from Snohomish yard or work sites (Required).

Driving Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of driving experience.

Certifications:

Flagger certification required. (Will provide recommendation to obtain locally within 1 day at time of interview)

Professional Standards:

Strong track record of attendance, reliability, and clear customer service skills.
