Job Summary CH Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aerial Telecom Lineman to lead an aerial telecom truck for NESC violation work. As a Lineman running your own truck, you will be responsible for managing daily field operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining production goals, and representing our company professionally in the field. We are a family owned telecommunications contractor, and this role is critical to maintaining the quality, safety, and reputation we've built. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and leads by example. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage your own truck Plan and coordinate daily jobsite activities to meet production goals Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and
OSHA/DOT
guidelines Operate and oversee the safe operation of bucket trucks and aerial equipment Perform all work associated with maintaining NESC compliance. Train and mentor crew members to maintain high workmanship standards Communicate with inspectors, utility representatives, and project managers as needed Ensure proper door tagging and resident notifications are completed Maintain accurate job documentation and production reporting Inspect company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are safe and job ready Work overtime and travel as needed to support project schedules Step in and assist crew members when needed What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Aerial Telecom Lineman Proven experience leading your own truck Strong knowledge of the field, NESC, fiberoptic construction, and aerial safety practices Certified pole climber (or ability to demonstrate climbing proficiency) Valid state driver's license (non-provisional) with acceptable driving record Authorized to work in the United States Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions High safety awareness and commitment to quality workmanship Why Work With Us? Pay:
Up to $110,000.00 per year
