This is not a temporary job or general labor role. This is the start of a skilled trade career with a clear path to mastery, ownership, and leadership. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that enters homes through soil and foundation pathways. Our work protects families and businesses by designing and installing systems that reduce radon levels to 2.0 pCi/L or below —often cutting exposure by 70-90%. What You'll Do (Level 1) Work alongside a Master Technician on residential and commercial radon mitigation projects Learn system design, diagnostics, installation, and testing from the ground up Use professional-grade tools and safety equipment Show up prepared, on time, and ready to learn Contribute to a team culture built on trust, accountability, and pride in work No prior radon experience required—we train the right person. - Hands-on training + in-field experience 60 Days
- "Earn Your Wings" (Red Wing Boots provided) + begin NRPP coursework 90 Days
- Complete coursework → advance to Technician Level 2 (pay increase) 6 Months
- Proven consistency → company van + pay increase 18 Months
- Master Technician status, salaried role, per-project bonuses This path is real.
