No prior experience is necessary—we're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the woodworking industry.. Duties Assist with the preperation, fabrication and assembly of cabinets and wood cabinet parts. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise construction and installation Support other departments as needed through the day to expand your skill set. Operate power tools safely for woodworking. Participate in heavy lifting, material handling, and shop cleanup to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members on new projects including sanding, staining, part packaging and final assembly. Qualifications Enthusiastic about learning woodworking, blueprint reading, and precise work and communication. Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Strong interest in carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry and cabinetry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on elevated or confined spaces when needed such as loading trucks. Good communication skills to understand construction plans and collaborate effectively with team members Willingness to follow safety procedures including power tool safety protocols and proper handling of wood construction materials This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to build a foundation in the construction trades while working on diverse projects that keep the day interesting and promote an eagerness to move through the ranks of the industry.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
