We offer consistent hours, competitive wages, and a friendly, family-run work environment. We are looking for someone with experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, cabinet making, assembly, CNC, or a similar construction/manufacturing position . This position involves installing residential custom cabinetry and millwork and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Install custom kitchen, bathroom, and built-in cabinetry Accurately level, secure, and adjust cabinets Install trim, panels, fillers, moldings, hardware, and other finish pieces Make necessary field modifications for a proper fit Read plans, layouts, and measurements Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and other trade

Requirements:

Experience with Installing Cabinets Experience with Leveling and carpentry as it pertains to Cabinet installation Communicate with Office on current stages of projects Solid work ethic - stay on task and meet customer timelines Excellent organization & safety standards Ability to follow a schedule Ability and desire to work with your hands every day Desire for long-term employment (no temporary workers please) Current Colorado Driver's License Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery daily The nature of the job requires someone with the ability to wear a respirator, lift objects, move, bend over and crouch, walk, stand for extended periods of time, and work with your hands.
