Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closet & Cabinetry/Millwork Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom closets, cabinets, and millwork components in residential settings, ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation projects. Measure, cut, level, assemble, scribe and install custom cabinetry, closet systems, trim, and millwork using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Ensure proper handling of wood construction materials, including framing, siding, drywall, stucco, and other related components. Safely operate woodworking machines and power tools while adhering to all safety protocols for power tool safety. Perform heavy lifting of cabinetry and millwork components to facilitate installation at various heights and locations. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site; document work progress and complete necessary reports. Requirements 2+ Years of experience in installation Quality-Focused craftsmanship Ability to work independently and with a team Professional attitude and appearance Reliable Transportation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, sanders; and woodworking machines. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to ensure precise installation. Construction site experience with a focus on residential projects. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights; comfortable working in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills; effective communication with team members and clients. Pay:
$20.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 45.0 per week
