Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Helper Installer for trim work to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced installers in the installation, finishing, and detailing of trim, moldings, and related building materials. Duties Support lead installers by preparing work areas and handling basic installation tasks for trim, molding, and fixtures Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials using hand tools such as saws, tape measures, and levels Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to ensure precise installation of trim work Help interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately execute project requirements Use power tools safely for cutting, sanding, and fastening materials during installation processes Aid in the installation of cabinetry, fixtures, drywall, plastering, stucco, gutters, and flooring as needed Maintain a clean and organized work site by managing tools and disposing of debris properly Experience Prior construction experience or familiarity with building material installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, tile laying, or remodeling projects is advantageous Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction settings Comfortable working at heights using ladders and scaffolding safely Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork Join us to build your career in the construction industry!
