Job Summary Pay based on experience, knowledge, productivity. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer/Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and finishing custom cabinetry and woodwork for residential projects. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, precise installation, and flawless finishing that meet our clients' expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from custom cabinetry to remodeling and restoration work, utilizing your carpentry and woodworking skills to transform spaces with precision and care. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and woodwork components. Fabricate cabinets, furniture, and custom wood pieces using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Install cabinetry, fixtures, doors, trim, siding, drywall, and other wood-based elements on residential construction sites. Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, sealing, caulking, stucco application, and water damage restoration to achieve a polished look. Conduct heavy lifting and assembly of large components safely while adhering to power tool safety standards. Assist with remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, masonry work, rebar installation for concrete forming, and framing. Ensure all work complies with construction estimating standards and follows safety protocols on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry (including residential and trim carpentry), and woodworking. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other construction equipment. Strong knowledge of wood construction materials such as siding, drywall, mold remediation materials, and rebar for concrete forming. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting. Knowledge of restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and fixture installation is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments such as remodeling or renovation projects. Pay:
