We believe, "It's not just a closet, it's an experience." We are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and provides exceptional service in every client's home. Responsibilities Install custom cabinets, shelving, drawers, countertops, crown and base molding, fillers, hardware, and accessories. Read and follow design plans, measurements, and installation instructions. Load, transport, unload, and organize project materials. Protect clients' homes and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Complete accurate cuts, adjustments, leveling, assembly, and finishing work. Troubleshoot job-site challenges and communicate material or design concerns promptly. Complete installations within the scheduled timeframe without sacrificing quality. Perform a final quality check and thoroughly clean the work area. Document completed work and any punch-list items with notes and photos. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Minimum of one year of trim carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, or related professional experience. Experience installing cabinets, countertops, crown and base molding, fillers, trim, and hardware. Skilled in using circular saws, jigsaws, miter saws, track saws, table saws, drills, oscillating multi-tools, and other installation equipment. Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and make precise cuts. Strong troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving skills. Professional, dependable, and respectful when working in clients' homes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and heavier materials with assistance What We Provide Health and Dental insurance Paid Time Off Company work van/truck for scheduled installations.
