We are seeking a versatile shop professional who is as comfortable at the bench as they are setting up a CNC, mastering new European hardware systems, or working through innovative sheet materials. This is a long-term home, not a stepping stone—we build a low-turnover environment where people stay, thrive, and retire. If you rely on shortcuts, resist modern hardware/tech, or dislike learning new shop processes, this will not be the right fit. What You'll Do 100%
Shop Production:
Focus strictly on fabrication, sub-assemblies, and final builds. No job-site installs and minimal-to-no delivery driving.
Bench & Machining:
Build high-end cabinets and components while managing CNC setup, light programming, cut-list optimization, and machine maintenance.
Modern Components:
Work with evolving sheet goods, solid surfaces, and complex European hardware (Blum, Hafele, Grass, Salice) with millimeter precision.
Continuous Improvement:
Follow and write SOPs, streamline shop layout, and bring fresh ideas to the table to optimize manufacturing steps. Required Skills & Experience 3+ Years in
Custom Cabinetry:
Strong background in bench fabrication, fine joinery, and shop machinery.
Hardware & Tech Fluency:
Experience with complex European hardware systems, machinery setup, and CNC operation or CAD/CAM light programming.
Blueprint & Math Accuracy:
Flawless ability to read shop drawings, calculate cut lists, and work interchangeably in standard fractions (1/32") and metric measurements. Essential Qualities (Who You Are)
