Job Description:
The Cabinet Production Technician is responsible for building, assembling, installing, and finishing cabinetry used in Custom Container Living homes. This position works as part of the production team to ensure each home meets company quality standards while maintaining production schedules. Team members are expected to take pride in craftsmanship, continuously improve processes, and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of cabinets and other woodworking projects
Preparing materials for fabrication, including cutting and sanding
Ability to read tape measures accurately (Standard and Metric)
Ability to read basic blueprints and drawings
Ability to use power and hand tools safely
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to learn new skills
Dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting with installations
Following safety procedures and guidelines
Performing other related duties as assigned
Willingness to learn operation of
CNC Router and Edgebander Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Some experience in woodworking or construction is preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Basic math skills
Reliable transportation
Experience with specific woodworking machinery, knowledge of different wood types and finishes, and familiarity with cabinet construction techniques is a plus What's in it for you: Competitive compensation
