(Festus, Farmington, Fredericktown, Jackson, Cape etc.) We also fabricate and install material in surrounding states here in the Midwest region. Standing seam metal roofing installation Metal siding installation ACM panel installation Travel to and from customer work sites Construction activities to include general labor Sheet metal fabrication Qualifications Helps having experience working with sheet metal installation, fabrication and/or metal roofing/siding installation. Basic carpentry skills are a plus Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Ability to Lead/Take direction/Follow instructions and communicate ideas Must be 18 years or older Ability to work overtime as required and outdoors Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Able to lift to 75 lbs. Able to operate power tools Punctuality and Strong work ethic Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Install sheet metal components such as ductwork, roofing panels, flashing, trim carpentry elements, and stucco-related features. Use heavy lifting techniques and equipment to handle large or heavy metal pieces safely and efficiently. Apply caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and a clean aesthetic. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction estimating, site safety standards, and the use of personal protective equipment. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on sheet metal installation or related trades such as roofing, framing carpentry, or masonry. Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, saws), welding equipment, and fabrication machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols; previous experience on construction sites is essential.
