In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other trades to deliver exceptional craftsmanship on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your woodworking expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in residential cabinetry. Duties Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately build custom cabinets that meet client requirements. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers, to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry components. Measure and mark materials precisely to ensure proper fit and alignment during fabrication. Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols for power tool use. Assemble cabinet components with attention to detail, including door hanging, fixture installation, trim carpentry, and caulking for a polished finish. Install completed cabinets on-site or in workshop settings with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Maintain a clean and organized workspace; manage materials such as wood construction materials and hardware efficiently. Experience Proven experience in custom cabinet building or related woodworking fields such as carpentry or remodeling. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Hands-on experience with woodworking machines and power tools for woodworking safety standards. Familiarity with residential carpentry tasks including door hanging, siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing is preferred. Background in construction site experience with heavy lifting, fixture installation, plastering, stucco work, rebar installation, concrete forming or water damage restoration is advantageous. Knowledge of the restoration industry or remodeling projects enhances your ability to adapt to diverse client needs. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in fabrication and assembly processes. Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful custom cabinetry through expert craftsmanship!
