Las Vegas East designs, produces, and installs vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, architectural and ADA signage, channel letters, and monument signs across the Las Vegas valley, including a growing amount of public works projects. The Role You'll lead our installations, from vinyl graphics on 40 kiosks to 300-sign school jobs mounted on brick, concrete, drywall, and glass. You'll plan and sequence installs, coordinate the crew, work with GCs and inspectors, and run jobs through punch list. You'll also help the shop team plan complex structural builds like sign posts and monument structures so they hold up in the field. Prevailing Wage Work Starting in Q1 of next year, we expect to begin public works projects. Install hours on those jobs pay Nevada prevailing wage, around $57/hour for our typical sign work. Standard install hours pay your base rate. What We're Looking For Proven vinyl installation skills: wraps, wall or window graphics, curves, seams, and clean surface prep Carpentry and construction skills, including knowing the right anchors and hardware for brick, block, concrete, stucco, drywall, and glass Experience with structural sign builds (posts, footings, frames, monuments) and reading engineering drawings Background in sign installation, carpentry, general contracting, or construction trades Able to lead a small crew and keep a job on schedule Comfortable on ladders, lifts, and job sites in Las Vegas heat Willing to work early or late hours as needed (school installs happen before 8 AM or after 4 PM) Detail-oriented Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to lift 50+ lbs
