Job Overview We are seeking motivated and experienced Commercial Aluminum Pergola Installers and Helpers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality aluminum pergolas and related building materials on commercial projects, ensuring precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install commercial aluminum pergolas according to detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans Use hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble and secure structural components Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation aligned with project requirements Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to guarantee proper fit and alignment Follow safety protocols diligently while working at heights using ladders or scaffolding Assist with related tasks such as gutter installation, fixture mounting, or tile masonry as needed on site Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction installation, specifically with aluminum structures or pergolas preferred Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in construction estimating, inspection, and material handling techniques Familiarity with building materials such as stucco, plastering, caulking, and gutter systems is a plus Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and measuring devices like tape measures Experience in tile laying, cabinetry or fixture installation enhances versatility on site Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or project stakeholders Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to build impressive outdoor structures!
