Job Description
Job Overview I'm looking for a motivated person to work with me in my small custom cabinet shop. It's a great environment to learn the trade at a smaller scale even though I do get into some decent sized projects. Im open to a full or part time employee to start. I am willing to hire the right candidate as a beginner for a trial period. Some custom shop experience would obviously be a plus . Responsibilities help assemble , sand and finish a wide range of woodworking and cabinetry projects Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various building tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety in the shop and onsite Requirements A positive attitude Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with me A valid driver's license and reliable transportation I will consider a less experienced person if they have the right personality and a want to learn the trade.
