Junior Kitchen Designer / Design Assistant Cleveland Cabinets, Fairview Park Location Cleveland Cabinets is hiring a Junior Kitchen Designer to learn the business from the ground up at our Fairview Park showroom. No cabinet experience required. If you can learn fast, talk to people, and want to build a real career in design and sales, we will train you. You will start by supporting our senior designer and handling walk-in traffic, then move into building your own layouts and closing your own projects. How fast that happens is up to you. What You'll Do Greet walk-ins and help homeowners, contractors, and investors find what they need Learn 2020 Design and start building kitchen layouts Pull quotes, measurements, and product specs for the sales team Help manage inbound leads and follow up fast Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and organized Assist with RTA cash-and-go sales at the warehouse counter Shadow client consults and take over your own once you are ready What We're Looking For Hungry, coachable, and quick on your feet Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the sale Basic computer skills, bonus if you have touched 2020, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any design software Design, construction, or interior design background is a plus but not required Comfortable in a warehouse environment, on your feet, moving all day Reliable. Shows up on time, every time. Compensation Hourly Paid training on 2020 Design and our full product line Clear path to full Kitchen Designer with uncapped commission Our pricing is the lowest in the area, which means you are not fighting to justify cost.
