In this energetic role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing high-quality cabinets and wood fixtures for residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction will help transform spaces into functional works of art. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and installation of cabinets and wood fixtures Measure spaces accurately and cut materials using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to meet project specifications Assemble cabinet components with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other woodwork on-site with precision and safety compliance Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, or painting to achieve a polished look Conduct heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to power tool safety standards Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within scope Requirements Proven experience in construction blueprint reading, carpentry, or woodworking within residential or commercial settings Strong knowledge of construction plans, technical drawings, and interpreting technical specifications Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and woodworking machines safely and effectively Familiarity with wood construction materials such as plywood, Melamine, MDF, solid wood panels, siding materials, and related products Experience with framing carpentry, metal stud framing, rebar installation or plastering is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or confined spaces as needed Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Strong communication skills for interpreting construction plans and collaborating with team members Embark on a career where your carpentry talents make a tangible difference!
