Job Description

Premier Custom-Built Cabinetry , a high-end residential cabinetry company, is seeking an experienced Woodworker/Craftsman to join our team. At Premier, every project is custom and built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We are looking for a skilled woodworking professional who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys creating exceptional custom cabinetry and furniture pieces. This position is ideal for an individual with extensive woodworking experience who is passionate about their craft and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where quality comes first. Responsibilities Build custom cabinetry, furniture, and architectural woodwork to precise specifications. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Select appropriate materials and woodworking methods to achieve superior results. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Premier's quality standards. Collaborate with team members to solve challenges and maintain project schedules. Qualifications Significant experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking, millwork, furniture building, or a related trade. Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and finishing requirements. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Extensive experience operating woodworking equipment and machinery. Knowledge of wood species, grain characteristics, and material selection. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and mentor less-experienced team members. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
