Job Summary HUFCO is hiring an Assistant Cabinet Maker to join our growing team of skilled craftsmen. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to build a long-term career in high-end custom woodworking, and is motivated to learn from experienced cabinetmakers. You'll gain experience in cutting, assembly, sanding, finishing, and installation support while working on a wide variety of custom cabinetry projects. Key ResponsibilitiesCutting & Fabrication

• Assist with parts creation using saws, routers, and CNC equipment
• Prep raw materials and stage components for builds
• Support overall woodshop workflow and daily production needs Assembly (Cabinetmaker Trainee Tasks)
• Follow drawings and instructions to assemble custom cabinetry
• Perform drilling, sanding, gluing, fitting, and hardware installation
• Maintain accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail Finishing Support
• Prep surfaces for paint and finishing
• Assist with reassembly after finishing steps Installation Support
• Help install custom cabinetry at customer job sites
• Load/unload tools, materials, and finished cabinetry
• Represent HUFCO professionally during on-site interactions What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with power tools (table saws, routers, drills, sanders, etc.)
• Basic understanding of shop safety
• Keen eye for precision and quality Bonus skills:
