We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, precise detailing, and seamless collaboration with designers, architects, and builders. Our work is featured in some of the most refined spaces, and we are seeking a skilled draftsman to help bring these designs to life. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision Draftsman to produce accurate, detailed shop drawings and manufacturing documents for custom cabinetry. You will be working under our lead designer to produce detailed shop drawings. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, an eye for detail, and experience working in a high-end or custom woodworking environment. Key Responsibilities Create detailed cabinet shop drawings using AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision Develop production-ready drawings, cut lists, and material specifications Interpret architectural plans, design intent, and client specifications Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams Revise drawings based on field measurements, design changes, or client feedback Ensure drawings meet company standards, engineering requirements, and industry best practices Maintain organized digital files and documentation throughout each project Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision (required) Ability to credit 3D renderings Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking drafting Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-end residential or luxury commercial cabinetry Knowledge of CNC programming and manufacturing workflows Familiarity with custom finishes, veneers, and specialty materials Associate's degree or technical training in drafting, woodworking, or related field What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for growth within a respected, high-end cabinet company Collaborative, design-focused work environment Stable workload with interesting, detail-driven projects Benefits package including [health insurance, PTO, retirement, etc.] How to Apply Please submit your resume and, if available, a portfolio or samples of cabinet shop drawings to:
