Responsibilities Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Support the setup and operation of woodworking machines such as saws, sanders, and drills to ensure precise fabrication Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to aid in accurate project execution Help with the installation of cabinets, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other woodwork on job sites Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools, materials, and debris to promote safety and efficiency Support heavy lifting tasks involving wood construction materials, rebar, or other building components Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, power tool safety standards, and construction site regulations Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and carpentry Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on-site in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with good interpretive skills for technical drawings and specifications Demonstrated commitment to safety practices including power tool safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain comprehensive experience in the cabinetmaking industry while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship.
