Closet and Cabinet Assistant Installer The Closet Company Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Automotive fluid replacement Power tools for woodworking Minor mechanical vehicle repair Stocking Full Job Description Core Responsibilities Work directly with lead installer to ensure jobs are installed on time with the highest level of customer service and quality Drive the jobs to completion Exhibit a team attitude and approach situations with a problem solving attitude Anticipate next steps and be proactive in all aspects of your work Learn the process and build competency to become a Lead Installer Use basic hand and power tools to install woodwork and shelving Daily Duties Review job with Lead Installer Check "Job Stack" for completeness prior to loading. Load job materials into vehicle. Lead communication with customer by texting/calling with an ETA (always). Unload and assist lead in completing the project. Upon completion, walk through, clean, and touch up the materials and work areas. Load out tools into van Return complete file to GM/Office. Discuss with the lead and GM any follow up work. Review jobs for next day, clean and load van if time permits.

-weekly / Monthly Duties Re-stock touch-up kit as necessary Maintain van as necessary (oil change, tires, lights, etc.) Meet with Lead Installer to discuss any items in van or process that needs to be addressed. Maintain tools as necessary and communicate to GM if anything needs to be purchased.
