Work is performed at our shop and at job sites throughout the DFW area. What we're looking for: Reliable personal transportation and a valid drivers license is required. You'll need to get yourself to the shop and, at times, to job sites across DFW (mostly Dallas/N. Dallas) Fluent English required (not just proficient) Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. You do not need any of your own tools Willing to learn. no cabinet-making experience necessary Able to take direction Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work both in-shop and on job sites What you'll do: Assist with shop tasks: material handling, sanding, assembly, cleanup, and general support Help load/unload and support on-site installs throughout the DFW area Learn the trade from an experienced team producing high-end, fully custom cabinetry
