Job Description

Shape the pace of interior renovations across a regional portfolio Complete Conversion Services is hiring a Regional Multifamily Interiors Superintendent to guide interior renovation work across multi-family and commercial properties in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC markets. A day in the life Your morning starts with site walks at two active communities. You verify cabinet layouts against plans, spot a trim detail that needs tightening, and capture photos and notes. By mid-morning, you're coordinating a delivery schedule, confirming inspections, and touching base with the Project Manager to keep unit turns on track. In the afternoon, you jump in on minor punch items, help a trade resolve a drywall issue, and run a quick material pick-up to protect the schedule. Before you leave, you update daily logs and ensure every area is clean, organized, safe, and tenant-ready. What you will lead Oversee day-to-day progress across two to three active multi-family renovation projects Monitor and support interior unit renovations, including cabinet installation/layout checks, finish carpentry and trim quality, drywall, painting, and punch list completion Read and interpret scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans Walk units and common spaces to identify incomplete items, quality concerns, and punch work Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules, quality standards, and material needs Orchestrate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material runs as required Troubleshoot field issues, confirm materials are on site, and keep unit turns aligned to plan Provide regular updates, photos, daily notes, and required job documentation Ensure all work meets safety standards and adheres to company policies Maintain clean, organized, safe, tenant-ready job sites Hands-on leadership When the team needs support, you don't hesitate—you handle minor punch items, assist trades, or run materials to safeguard the schedule and quality.
