Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cabinet Site Measure and Punch Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring on-site, ensuring precise fit. Your expertise will help streamline the installation process, minimize errors, and uphold our commitment to excellence in remodeling / new construction cabinetry projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with various construction disciplines, utilizing your technical skills to deliver exceptional results. Vehicle and tools provided.

Duties/Qualifications:

Review and interpret kitchen & bath cabinet layouts as well as architectural blueprints. Precisely measure and mark cabinets, appliances, plumbing locations on floors for proper rough in to follow cabinet design. Collaborate with project managers, customers on site as needed to correct errors as needed. Perform at a high skill level cabinet installation, repair and touch up as needed. Document site conditions through photographs, detailed measurements and communication. Assist with fabrication measurements and preparation for custom cabinetry or fixture installations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management, site inspection, or cabinetry installation with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. Electrical experience including schematic interpretation is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues early and communicate solutions effectively.
