Position Overview Kitchen Tune-Up of North Seattle Edmonds is growing and seeking a dependable, full-time cabinet and cabinet refacing installer to join our team! The role is ideal for experienced remodelers and trim carpenters who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment. You'll be completing cabinet installations and projects in residential homes across our community, many of them high-end. What You'll Be Doing Lead cabinet refacing, redooring, installation, and finish carpentry projects. Install doors, drawer fronts, panels, fillers, trim, crown molding, toe kicks, hardware, and finishing details. Measure, lay out, scribe, cut, fit, level, and make clean field adjustments. Complete cabinet modifications, including appliance openings, microwave changes, rollout drawers, and other project needs. Review project plans, materials, measurements, and site details before installation. Coordinate with the Project Manager, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners to keep projects moving smoothly. Troubleshoot field issues and help ensure each installation meets company quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while protecting the customer's home. Document progress with photos and notes, support final walkthroughs, and help ensure each project is finished professionally. Qualifications 3-5 or more years of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, kitchen remodeling, or related experience. Skilled in cabinet installation, refacing, fillers, panels, scribing, crown molding, trim, hardware, and detailed finish work. Able to lead installations from start to finish with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable reading plans, measurements, layouts, work orders, drawings, photos, and project notes. Professional, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working respectfully in occupied homes. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, basic carpentry tools, and ability to safely lift and handle cabinetry, doors, panels, tools, and materials.
