Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are a custom cabinet shop seeking a Cabinet Stainer to join our team. As a Cabinet Finisher, you will be responsible for applying stain and other finishes to cabinets and cabinet parts. You will work with a variety of materials and tools to achieve high-quality results. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and craftsmanship. This job is very fast paced, requires long periods of standing and moving and you will get dirty. We provide a uniform shirt and protective equipment. Shop hours are 6am

• 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or lacquers to cabinets and other woodworking projects
• Use airless paint spraying equipment to achieve an even finish
• Utilize power tools such as sanders, brushes, and rollers to complete finishing tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project specifications
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
