• $50•60/hr + Bonuses NW Bath & Shower is looking for an experienced bath and shower installer to join our growing team serving the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metro area.

We specialize in tub and shower replacements and conversions. This is primarily standardized, repeatable installation work — not full-house remodeling. Pay $50

• 60/hour depending on experience $115 completion/quality bonus per successfully completed bathroom Paid training on our specific products and installation process Opportunity for consistent full-time work as our schedule grows Typical Responsibilities Protect customer's home and work area Demo and remove existing tubs and showers Basic framing and prep as needed Set new bathtubs and shower bases Install fiberglass/acrylic tub and shower surrounds Install shower valves, drains and fixtures when properly qualified to perform the work Install trim and finish components Professional caulking and finish work Clean up and haul out job debris Leave surrounding areas ready for our drywall/paint contractor What We're Looking For Previous bathroom remodeling or tub/shower installation experience Fiberglass/acrylic surround installation experience strongly preferred Ability to complete installations independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Efficient while maintaining high-quality workmanship Reliable and professional around homeowners Reliable transportation Basic personal hand tools Ability to travel to jobs throughout Vancouver and Portland metro Company provides project materials and major/specialty installation equipment.

Experience working for a bath/shower replacement company is a major plus. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants consistent, straightforward projects with strong earning potential.
