You'll play a vital part in ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and in strict compliance with industry standards. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and material handling tools, including forklifts and material conveyors, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Handle industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical agents with precision, adhering to chemical handling guidelines and safety measures such as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and respiratory protection. Conduct routine inspections of machinery, ensuring mechanical integrity and troubleshooting issues using basic mechanical knowledge. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and regulatory compliance standards to maintain product quality and safety. Assist in packaging, labeling, and warehouse activities related to pharmaceutical production, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities and optimizing workflow processes. Maintain cleanliness of the production area, properly dispose of chemical waste, and document all activities meticulously for audit readiness. Requirements Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial chemical handling environments. Knowledge of manufacturing SOPs, GMP regulations, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and machining tools safely. Familiarity with laboratory procedures, chemical agent handling, and industrial chemical manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE usage, respiratory protection, and hazard communication standards. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording accuracy. Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling operations preferred. Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with energy, focus, and a proactive attitude.
