Responsibilities:
Safety & Housekeeping:
Adhere to all safety protocols, consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain clean and orderly housekeeping standards across assigned work areas.
Process Monitoring & Control:
Read, interpret, and follow daily work instructions and schedules. Utilize computer interfaces (HMI/SCADA) to monitor continuous processes and make timely parameter adjustments or interventions to maintain target operational limits.
Sampling & Quality Assurance:
Collect and process production samples, record data accurately, and implement required process modifications based on test results.
Documentation & Reporting:
Complete all required paperwork, logs, and quality documentation in an orderly, accurate, and professional manner.
Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine visual inspections and utilize basic mechanical skills to identify equipment issues early and assist in basic troubleshooting.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00

Computer Literacy:
Ability to work on a computer system and navigate digital interfaces to monitor live operations and enter data.
Process Understanding:
Capability to learn and understand the underlying process to recognize when system interventions are necessary. Attention to
Detail:
Strong record-keeping skills to ensure all documentation is complete, professional, and compliant with operational standards.
Safety Adherence:
Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety policies, PPE requirements, and work instructions without deviation.
Communication:
Ability to read work schedules and effectively communicate operational changes across shifts.
Education:
High School Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Industrial Experience:
Previous experience operating equipment in an industrial, continuous manufacturing, chemical processing, or bulk material plant.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Hands-on experience using basic tools to inspect equipment, spot mechanical issues (pumps, valves, conveyors), or assist maintenance staff.
Quality Testing Knowledge:
Prior experience taking samples and performing basic quality-control testing or lab logging.
Safety Certifications:
