• Job Overview:

• We are currently seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team for1st and 2nd shift. The Process Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

• Duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality
• Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs
• Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving them promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Experience with machining, warehouse operations, and materials handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to fabricate, package, and handle materials effectively
